At Zelenko Labs, we strive to provide the highest quality in all our products and services. Understanding the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may occur, and the following policies are in place to address such instances:
General Policy:
All Sales Are Considered Final: Our products are sold on a no-return basis due to health and safety standards, ensuring every customer receives new and uncontaminated products.
Exceptions for Refunds or Replacements:
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Prepare to provide photos of the product(s) in question along with other identifiable information. This will need to be sent to Customer Service for review and refund approval.
Refunds for product quality issues are not subject to a restocking fee. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Limitations:
Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for issues related to inaccurate shipping addresses. If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, a refund may not be issued. In cases where a refund is granted, the restocking fee will apply.
