At Zelenko Labs, we strive to provide the highest quality in all our products and services. Understanding the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may occur, and the following policies are in place to address such instances:Â

Zelenko Emergency Kit Policy:
If you would like to cancel an Emergency Kit order you may cancel within 90 days of purchase prior to your prescription being sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment. After 90 days only a qualifying Emergency Kit will be authorized.
We will process your refund minus a $50 processing fee.  Â
After your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, there will be no cancellations or refunds or exchanges of any kind. Â
Any issues with Medical Kits such as missing or damaged contents need to be brought to the attention of Zelenko Labs within thirty (30) calendar days from the day of receipt in order to be investigated. Our partnered pharmacy performs three sets of verifications and inspects everything thoroughly. However, bringing an issue to our attention will prompt an investigation by our team and allow us to respond appropriately. Each issue will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and will include an investigation at our partnered pharmacy and with the delivery carrier (ie UPS, FEDEX, USPS). Any requests received after thirty (30) calendar days of receipt will not be processed. Bringing an issue to our attention does not guarantee your desired outcome. Please keep in mind that where allergies are indicated, certain medications may be withheld from your kit.Â
Prescriptions are administered at the sole discretion of your provider. In the event of allergy or other medical condition that is a contraindication for a medication, it shall be omitted from the kit without substitution and the price of the medical kit will not be discounted, if medication is omitted.Â
This kit is not intended for an acute illness, but for use at the direction of a healthcare provider after appropriate assessment and diagnosis or in the event of an emergency, thus there should be no expectation for the kit to have expedited shipping, etc…Â

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service within 30 days from the date of purchaseÂ

Prepare to provide photos of the product(s) in question along with other identifiable information will need to be sent to Customer Service for review and refund approval

Refunds for product quality issues are not subject to a restocking fee.  We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement at our discretionÂ

In rare circumstances, if you believe there is a compelling reason for a return, you may request a review by our Customer Service team

Approval for such returns is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.Â
Conditions for Approved Returns:Â

1. Return Approval Required: Before returning any product, you must obtain approval from Customer Service. Returns sent without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.Â

2. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5 USD per bottle will apply to all approved returns, deducted from your refund amount.

3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered items.Â

Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for issues related to inaccurate shipping addresses. If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, a refund may not be issued. In cases where a refund is granted, the restocking fee will apply.Â
